**I received this product free from Caseapp to review, but all opinions are strictly my own**
And it’s Monday yet again! I didn’t have a crazy weekend at all, in fact it was quite chilled hanging out with good friends over good food and vino. My kind of bliss! But despite the laid back environment we were in, my friends know that I am a sucker for good accessories. Yep, accessories make my world go round- whether it be jewelry, shoes or handbags or actually, all three! But can I say that my latest obsession is accessorizing my iPhone case? I know I’m not the only one here…!
Let’s face it, we all have the same phones, no? I have an iPhone and I’m sure you have an iPhone as well. So it makes sense for us to show our personalities through our iPhone case, or at the very least ensure we don’t swap our phones with our friends by accident. Or maybe you just went with a clear case because you have the iPhone 6s in Rose Gold? Show-off! I want! 😉
Maybe I’m a little obsessed because you can’t go to the mall without being inundated with different phone cases. I kid you not, Asia has so many different cases it’s almost a little ridiculous. I am more than a little guilty of always checking out what they have on offer, after all, why not? But despite all the choices, I usually end up coming home empty handed. I didn’t think they truly reflected my personality, so this where Caseapp comes in. This is the ultimate way to express yourself and you can truly inject some fun into your phone case by customizing it to the way you want it. Brilliant!
So I did just that. The Caseapp website was so easy to use. Honestly, the hardest part about this process was trying to figure out what I actually wanted. So many choices and so many ways to be truly creative. You can either design something based on their preset graphics and overlays or uploading your own design or photo(s) and creating a collage. I contemplated being all sappy and getting a picture of me and B, but I decided against it. Sorry, B. But maybe you’ll get something like that anyway… (Actually, that would make awesome birthday gifts or Christmas gifts! Sorry, just me thinking out loud!) I thought of a few pictures of mine that would look great as an iPhone case, but ultimately decided to design my own using their graphics.
I’ll tell you the meaning behind my design. The jewel picture is quite self-explanatory (I think), but the birds flying up in the air represent to me the concept that I am free to do what I want/choose and that the possibilities are endless. Fly as high as you’re able to, if you will. And in life, you need to live, laugh, and love. A lot. I put it all on a gold background because I do love a little bling. I was quite happy with the way it turned out and placing the order was super easy. In fact, I’m already planning on ordering a new one because it’s fun to switch cases around to suit my mood and my outfit (and they are really well priced!), because why not?
Like I said, I’m kind of obsessed with accessories because it truly dresses up a simple outfit. You could be wearing skinny jeans and a black v-neck t-shirt but depending on how you accessorize it, you can either look plain or totally fabulous by dressing it up with some killer heels, earrings and a handbag. And well, no one leaves their house without their phones, so I definitely notice what kind of case they use on their phone – it gives me a little glimpse of your personality! I am totally loving this iPhone case because not only did it come out the way I designed it, the case is thin but sturdy. It doesn’t bulk up my phone like other cases which is a must for me since my handbags are on the small side. I am not your typical girl; I like to carry the least amount of things possible for a night out.
So what are you waiting for? Go and get your hands on one of these fabulous Caseapp mobile cases (they even do skins for Macs)!
