Prayers for Bangkok
Beyond saddened and shocked over last night’s bombing in Bangkok. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Bangkok.
There are no words, really, to describe this senseless act of terrorism. We don’t know yet who orchestrated this attack, but an attack is an attack. There is enough suffering in the world as it is, do we really need to create more pain?
Bangkok is such an amazing, vibrant city with the friendliest people you will ever meet. It’s not called The Land of Smiles for no reason. No one is a stranger there, everyone is welcomed with opened arms. I’ve had some of the most amazing times in this lively city and I know I will have more amazing times ahead. And for those of you who haven’t had the chance to go, go. I promise you, you won’t regret it.
Bangkok, my love for you will never wane. Stand strong.
