Happy Valentine’s Day!
Will you be celebrating it? Or are you anti-Valentine’s Day?
I honestly can’t remember the last time I celebrated Valentine’s Day. How sad. Or not. To be honest, I’m not really fussed, but every once in a while it would be nice. I’m not going to lie, I am only human after all!
The years I have had a Valentine, well, we were separated by an ocean and this year is no different. So although I won’t be celebrating today, there most definitely will be a celebration!
Leroy arrives on Thursday and I’m so excited! This was a spontaneous trip of sorts as I didn’t think I’d see him until end of March sometime in New Zealand. So, can you sense my enthusiasm?!?! Yay!
This weekend, we will be going on a little weekend getaway to an island not far from Singapore – an hour ferry ride – into Indonesia. I haven’t been there in years and I’ve definitely not spent the night there, but I’m looking forward to some beach and relaxation. What I also like about this place is the fact that there’s no sightseeing to be done, so you can totally indulge in some R&R.
